Transformation Lifestyle

Changing how people think, eat and sleep. Is so hard!! I never thought changing my eating habits would be so hard!

I've been studying like crazy. Learning anout raw foods like there is no tommarow. Yet, I'm having a hard time changing my diet! That is all I have today. Not much to write.

What to expect from yourself?

Discovering the Raw Living Food Lifestyle has been the most amazing experience thing I've ever done. However, given my back ground from my previous diet. I am coming off of a sugar, deep fried, no fruit or vegetable ever in my diet. It's been a hard change, but wroth the struggle.

The only thing is...I'm not sure how much I should change? Am I going to slow or to fast? What should I make? What should I mix together? These questions come into mind. I'm reading books and watching videos upon end. I'm learning new things about raw food and my body. I can't afford a raw food coach right now.

I just really want the transitioning to move faster. I'm wanting to heal my body and mind. I just don't know what to make. Because just eating fruit and vegetables is honestly getting boring!! And, I enjoy how they make me feel. Just my tastes buds are asking more taste please!! The beauty and curse of food!! Sometimes, I wish humans didn't have to live off of food!!

Waiting....Dreaming...Action

Have you ever had a day where you want something so bad? You can't just do it because you don't have the money?

This is my day today. I want to start the Raw food lifestyle so bad!! I'm just trying everything I can eat raw that my parents buy. But, I don't' have any money to buy the food. I really want to buy the things my body needs. I so want to just have has many jobs I can handle.

I live with my parents, until I can support myself. I hate that I live with my parents. Not because, I don't love them. Because, I want to live on my own. I want to be able to have my own responsibilities. I want to have my life, my dreams, my home. I'm tired of just sitting around and waiting for life to come knocking on my door. As I write, I'm thinking it's time for me to break down all the doors that stand in my way!!! I just want to accopmlish my dreams, passions and goals. Is that to much to ask?

How does Food affect Us?

I would like to take a moment and think about how food affects us.
Here are a few questions to get our minds going.

  • When we eat meat. how do you feel after you eat it? Does your stomach hurt, feel so full that your stomach hurts?
  • Does food affect your moods?
  • Does food affect how you think? For an example....eat ice cream, you feel loved, and comfortable?
  • Does food run how you deal with life's stress?
  • When you eat healthier, do you notice anything different?
  • How much respect do you give yourself?

Food fuels our bodies. How we eat affects how we preform in every day's activites. If your addicted/like sugar than your dody won't function at it's best. If you like a lot of meat than your body may have to much acid in your stomach creating heart burn aka acid reflux. Everything in life needs balence. I know it hard to find. Everyone looks for balence in certain ways. I believe that the first and for most way to create balence it to eat in a way that restore's and rebuilds our body. Now, it may be eating a raw food lifestyle. I'm finding it's the best thing for me. Now, it may not be for you. Please, take in mind what we eat affects more than us...it affects how people see us. What I mean how people see us is our food adjusts our body chemistry. We become differnt if we eat heailther or not.

What's so hip with Diets??

We all know there is tons and tons of people claiming that there diet is better. I looked up the word diet in the dictionary. The word diet means something that create a lifestyle change. So, a diet could be anything!! In my blog, I'm not going to use this word diet anymore. Instead I'm going to use the word lifestyle. I feel that the word gives more of a picture of a person's life. A lifestyle change for the good or bad. I hope that everyone life changes towards your goal, my goals. We all need to stop following what we hear, and start leading towards health, acceptance and thinking for ourselves.

Start of Something New

Today, I've made a choice to start going Raw Vegan. No more playing around with it. No more playing with the "what if" game. I'm going to start. I need to start something new. I can't continue to live with life with my bad, unhealthy habits.

I'm going to start posting and journal my raw food journey. I'm also going to give out my research that I've done this past few months on nutrition, health, exercise, and the raw food lifestyle. I'm also hoping that I'll find more resources on green living. If you haven't heard of green living is building homes, gardening and learning how to take better care of our earth, home and air. I love nature so much. I love breathing fresh air and falling in love with all it's character and beauty. As years pass by people forget the beauty this earth.
I hope that this website will form into something different. I hope that this website won't be just another website. As I blog and share my thoughts you'll learn more about me. Feel free to comment and ask questions.
